The male repair rep is awesome. I ve had my phone broken 3 times and each time he has repaired it and the price to repair was reasonable.. great job all the time i definitely recommend him 100 percent that any other repair place. give him your business the does a great job and has a high level of expertise in phone repair and computer repair. Hes very knowledgeable.

Brought my iPhone to have back glass replaced... Customer service was top notch from explaining the process to setting a real time line the entire transaction was very smooth and professional. The price was great compared to the price at the apple store it was night and day they also repaired some loose connections at no extra charge putting customer satisfaction over money ranks high in my book and I will be doing business here in the future. I am super grateful to phones plus for doing a great job with my phone, I took my samsung s23 to be repaired and they gave me a very good price, however they did not have the spare part but the next day it was ready, these guys work quickly and are very professional, keep it up 💯

I’m pretty good with my gaming computer but after replacing new parts I wasn’t able to get it up and running but this shop was able to do it with ease and able to do a deep clean. The only problem I had after was the fans on my gpu stopped working but it was an easy fix for me I highly recommend bringing any devices anyone is having trouble with to this shop my system is was fixed within the next day and ready to be picked up.
